Kanatek worked with
a major Canadian financial institution to develop
a "ChargeBack" Application, also known as
the NetBackup "Billing Module". The application
provided the client with the means to collect
information and data required to integrate their
Open System Backup and Recovery services with
their existing Corporate Billing system, as well
as to produce reports. The application was written
in Perl; it was executable under Sun Microsystems'
Solaris Operating Environment and was delivered
as a source code. The application was written
originally by Kanatek to operate with Symantec
NetBackup Advanced Reporter (NBAR) 3.2 and 3.2.1.
