Michael De Cesare, Vice President, Finance and Human Resources

Mr. Michael De Cesare is the VP, Finance and Human Resources at Kanatek Technologies Inc.. In addition to managing the traditional functions within the Finance Department, Mr. De Cesare spearheads the corporate financial reporting and budgeting functions, credit management, and also creates innovative financing alternatives for the Company's clients.

Mr. De Cesare has managed major corporate projects such as the deployment of the financial information system and internal quality assessments. Prior to joining Kanatek, Mr. De Cesare has extensive experience working for a local public accounting firm.

Mr. De Cesare is a business graduate from the University of Ottawa and a Certified General Accountant. In addition to being a struggling golfer, he has also been an avid sailor.
